Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best tutoring services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your booking or request a refund.

1. Cancellation Policy

• To cancel a booking, please contact us immediately via phone or email.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be eligible for a full refund of the booking charge.

2. Refund Policy

• If TutorSeva is unable to assign a tutor within 4 days of booking, the booking charge will be refunded in full.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation or the end of the 4-day period.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

3. Exceptions

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after a tutor has been assigned and the first session has been conducted.

• In case of any disputes, the decision of TutorSeva management will be final.
